Multiple payment methods supported including net terms, credit card, marketing allowances and off-line billing.

Shipper Integrations

Shipping integration with UPS, FedEx and USPS. In addition, W2PLink supports local delivery and will-call options.

Dynamic Reporting

W2PLink supports various levels of reporting integrated with Excel where the data can be analyzed.

Approval Support

W2PLink supports approval workflows for both end-user registration and order approvals. Order approvals support both content and budget approval types.

API Integrations

W2PLink supports an order production and update application program interface (API) allowing authorized 3rd party software integration with W2PLink.

Contact us and we'll configure your administrative portal. Once configured, you can start creating your customer portal(s).

2 - Create Customer Portal

Provide some basic demographic and portal configuration information and your customer portal is ready for products.

3 - Start Accepting Orders

Define the products you wish to make available to your customers and you'll be ready to open your on-line portal for business.

Add-on Live Storefronts

$50/mo

The base W2PLink hosting price includes the first three live storefronts.  Live storefront #4 and above each incur an additional $50/month. Each add-on live storefront includes the same unlimited products, users & transactions and support the full portal functionality. Prepay annually and save 10%.

Optional Support Services - Storefront Setup 

$200/ea

Although you have full administrative access to your W2PLink hosting platform, you may not have the time or resources available to create and launch new storefronts.  Let us work on your behalf to get your storefronts created, configured and launched. This storefront setup fee also includes the setup for up to 10 products (dynamic, static or a mix of products).

Optional Support Services - Static Product Setup

$10/ea

Product setup services are available for any number of products.  This fee covers the configuration of either a static print-on-demand or static inventory product. You provide the product details and imagery and we get them set up for you.  Ask about our bulk setup discounts for larger projects.

Optional Support Services - Dynamic Product Setup

$35/ea

W2PLink utilizes the PDFLib PDF composition engine.  This service will convert your print-ready files into dynamic on-line products -- allowing your customers to personalize and proof each product before ordering.  Ask about our bulk setup discount for larger projects.
